FAQs
More FAQs- What does your post construction cleaning service involve?
- How often do I buff?
- When will I be able to walk on the carpet after it has been cleaned?
We provide the detailed cleaning that is needed after the construction work is completed and all construction debris has been removed. This is the final step prior to turning the building over to the owner. NOTE: Construction clean-up is divided into two categories: rough clean-up and final clean. ServiceMaster Of Edmonton JMS focuses on the final clean. Rough clean-up is the removal of construction debris and is often done by the contractor. ServiceMaster Of Edmonton JMS does not do rough clean.
If heel marks and scuff marks become prevalent, buffing is needed.
This depends on whether a low-moisture encapsulation or a deep clean of your carpet has been applied. However, a general rule of thumb is to allow a drying time of six to eight hours before you can walk on your carpet.
